Will Rogers Learning Community is one of eleven public elementary schools serving the children of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District.

Instrumental and Vocal Music Program
All fourth and fifth graders participate in beginning strings, woodwinds, brass or year-long vocal music instruction. An instrumental recorder music program has been implemented for our 3rd grade students.

Vocal Music
A vocal music specialist from the Santa Monica Music Academy works with students in grades K-3 on a trimester basis. The vocal music program also includes instruction in general music and music appreciation. All students perform in one of our three vocal music concerts held throughout the school year.

As a SmART and STEM-focused School we provide an interdisciplinary approach to learning that fully engages students and develops literacy by integrating the arts, the sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics across the curriculum.

With contributions through our Education Foundation from parents, teachers, staff, PTAs, businesses and community, SMMUSD will provide Will Rogers with these Vision for Student Success programs and resources in the 2014-15 school year.
